Guys you have it all wrong Deathwing managed to hit the Tauren's methane pocket in the atmosphere and caused the massive Cattleclysm!

Jokes aside there are not many other ways to describe next to total destruction without making it sound quirky.

Apocalypse and Armaggedon were both taken, and Ragnarok doesn't exactly fit the bill, though a giant Wyrm killing people does get some mention, I think..

Cataclysm it is.. Well; it's better than: 'Big Dragon causing earthquakes, fire, tectonic disruption and mayhem.' Bit of a mouth full.

there are no words that rhyme with cataclysm - hence why is it so OP as a word,

crusade - gatorade, gayed, and so on , less imba

wrath - naff, waff,
