What changes will Orgrimmar see?

Didn't see anything in patch notes, but keep seeing reference to it in people's posts. I know all cities changed, but what were the changes being implemented? (Aside from an a** kicking)

Ummm too many to list to be honest, both Orgrimmar and Stormwind got a lot done to them and are pretty deep with Changes. Just explore imo

Why dont you just go to youtube and check it out, plenty people made overwievs for the new cities, zones etc.
