Patch Mirrors for 4.0.3a

Hi I just downloaded this patch from wowpedia, it's in a .rar file though which my computer cannot read. Does anyone know a program that will open it for me? Thanks.

I have extracted the files now. I have 2 .mpq files, a .tfil file and a .mfil file.

I know where the 2 .mpq files and the .tfil file ware supposed to go, but wowpedia doesn't mention where the .mfil file goes, any ideas?
