Does anyone know how much guild XP Hand of Rag and TF give?

Got a Binding on a class that can't use TF so I was curious if it would be worth crafting for the guild xp.

In beta when you were honored with guild and equipped a legendary the guild gained about 3 levels. That was during the 5 times xp. Since a level varies between 16m and 50m my guestimate is therefore about 10-15 million xp.
