It was lowered to level 30.

Topic number....what are we on now? This has been made into a new thread so many times since yesterday. Is it necessary to make another. The search function does work.
Level 30 (lowest level to be able to purchase) - Cost: 100g. Although it appears to be bugged for some and it's costing 10g.

It currently costs 10g. I don't know if that was intended or not.
