Dwarf is obvious. Orcs and Tauren (and hell, even spacegoats) might be physically strong and honorable, sure. But so are dwarves.

Dwarves can also drink you under the table, grow beards the size of Deathwing's chin, and do it all while brawling, swinging a giant axe, and laughing in your face. Even dwarven women are manlier than males of any other race.

Manliness = relative to cultural norms. I find BE (go back to TFT/TBC lore) and NE masculine and arousing. The rest are dull. Most people think you need to be a knuckle-dredging cave-dweller to be masculine.
