Dungeon Set One

Is Dungeon Set One (Tier Zero) still obtainable in the game as of 4.0.3a? I went off to look for the Lightforge Belt which typically drops in Stratholme and am wondering if I'd still be able to find it there or if its gone (removed or moved) because of the revamp done to the dungeon. While I'm looking for the belt specifically, I'd like to hear if the fate is the same across the board.

I'm still unable to post links, but I was using wowwiki's article on Dungeon Set One armor and wowhead's page for the Lightforge Belt as reference.
