What things are you talking about?
CPU Voltage is the actual amount of volts going into your CPU.... the multiplier is basically how many times the frequency will be multiplied by. The higher the multi, the more volts you'll need. Typically 1.3V is good enough for most 2500Ks up to the 4.3-4.4ish area. Any further and you'd have to tweak the voltage upward.

I'm sure he's just checking that they're using the same names. Going from UEFI to BIOS or reverse will offer some minor variations. Still, I'm pretty sure the Asus models are all UEFI, which is what the guide should be using.

Looking for that damned Gigabyte one I knew they had before...

    Ah, here we go.

The NH-D14 is now on! Finally!
pictures taken with my phone, since I don't have a camera, and card readers are a pain in the ass.
Edited out the photos of me three years ago and my parents' wedding in the background!

Awesome, passive cooled NH-D14. What temps do you get with that?
If that's not how it looks now, then I'll try out when I get mine :P

Bought mine in January 2010. Payed 500 eu for my cards, they were way overpriced back then, I should have waited. I also regret buying my SSD, it's not worth the money, maybe it is now, with the newer series, idk.

Is that a molex adapter I see for one of the GPUs? Also, you should set up that 5.1 surround speaker system properly ^^

You didn't happen to notice the two fans laying beside it? =p You have to have those off to screw it on.

I'm sorry but I don't know what a molex adapter is. If you are referring to the thing between my video cards, that's my sound card (Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme Audio). I bought it a couple of months after my build, because I was getting strange noises and constant low static through my speakers.

I know I should, but then the cables would be all over.

I know But seeing how the NH-D14 performs without fans would be nice. I only saw reviews so far with the fans at low speed, but nothing so far without fans :P

argh I'm seeing pornographic sex-date ads when clicking an imageshack link. They really gotta check their ad-providers. NSFW! Please don't use them.

People should really be using direct image links from Imgur/Tinypic/Photobucket.
Those who post image links which send me off to some site crowded with ads + a downscaled version of the image, and then I have to click the "enlarge" button on the image which pops up another ad window (which I have to close) and then FINALLY I get to see the full resolution image (with more ads on the side). Excuse my language but STOP FUCKING UPLOADING YOUR IMAGES TO SUCH RETARDED SITES.

    Example: http://i115.photobucket.com/albums/n...osycho/dc2.jpg
Notice how the link directly takes you to the full scale image, no dicking around with ads/popups/downscales.

To be honest, imgur.com is better in every way. No adds, no popups, quick loading, easy use, quick uploading.

I might be looking at it wrong, but it seems that one (or maybe both?) of your GPUs are connected to your PSU using a molex adapter (molex 4-pin to PCI-E 6 or 8 pin). Looks something like this: http://bigbytepc.net/images/molexpcie.jpg. I guess it's alright to use such adapters in a more low-end/medium system, but for crossfire you really should look into getting a PSU with the proper connectors. Should be noted that usually molex isn't good to use for the high current that a modern GPU needs. I think the really high-end ones are classified for 11-13 amps.

Edit: But hey, if it works it works.

Ah, I see what you mean. But everything has worked just fine since I bought it. Both cards are OC'ed and run around 40° @ 25% fan speed idle. When I play Rift (/w ubersampling) they run around 65-70° @ 35-40% fan speed. They never go higher than 70°. I use MSI Afterburner to control the fan speed, which I really like, it allows me to keep my cards beneath 70° when they are on 100% load.

Im going to get the Noctua D-14 next week, im just a bit in doubt how i should place it. (which way to blow air out.) Either top or back. What do you guys think?

Orient it facing the back. Though in push&pull/push setup. That's what I'd recommend anyway.
