The melty blue fans reminds me of melted ice cream.
The Noctua fans reminds me of dessert and deserts and burning fireplaces (ie, a fireplace on fire).

I like Noctua-fans. Other than the obvious props for being different, I actually think they give ones computer a harmonic tint. But maybe I'm crazy or excentric. It's not unpossible!

on those ram sticks can i just pull them apart?

You could always disassemble the Noctua / Silver Arrow cooler fans and give them a thin coat of spray paint (NOT the fan blades, that could throw off the balance).
    i7-4770k - GTX 780 Ti - 16GB DDR3 Ripjaws - (2) HyperX 120s / Vertex 3 120
    ASRock Extreme3 - Sennheiser Momentums - Xonar DG - EVGA Supernova 650G - Corsair H80i

    build pics

I would totally risk it, painting the blades, for vanity's sake.

I <3 the Silver Arrow's fans. Those things are gorgeous, and I agree with tetris, sky blue, melted blue ice cream, so gooooooood.

Maybe it's because that blue is something that so many kids experience when they're little, a lot of baby's bedrooms are light blue (cliche!) so maybe that's why some of us just can't get over those fan blades. I'm also not adverse to the D14's fans, however they would not match well in a black case.

    Total price: (12323dkk or 2319$)

I chose Thermalright MUX-120 because of its physical size. It doesn't cover any of the ram slots.
Alot of Noctua's CPU Coolers doesn't allow the use of memory modules higher than 44mm!

(Prices are from half a year ago)

I didn't really know of this but yes it's a low profile vengeance. Thanks for mentioning though, since if it wasn't I were still able to change the order to that

Well that's no fair, seeking deals and cutting corners on almost every component >_>
That setup cost you less than half what it's actually worth!

super badass for that price. ofc the 6770 seems out of place, but for 400 bucks you just can't complain.

500W is the minimum requirement for that GPU are you sure you don't want to have atleast a 550W to be safe?
