Wait which mouse is that exactly?

Student Activities Affair was today at my college and the Computer Club decided I should bring in my rig to sort of show off more or less, and I could leave it overnight tonight since tomorrow we have a LAN party. So here I am in the middle of my tower and monitor with the Linux Club people to the left in the picture.

    "A flower.
Yes. Upon your return, I will gift you a beautiful flower."

"Remember. Remember... that we once lived..."

It's quite neat looking, but I found it surprisingly heavy. Same goes for the graphic card's waterblock too to be fair though. :3

Of course it is. But I underestimated just how heavy.

I am incredibly jelly of your water system Drunken. Maybe someday I will follow suit and finally do one of my own...

In the meantime, here is my current computer related project. Not exactly a gaming system, but oh well!

Edit: Reason the Noctua fan is sitting there, it will eventually be somehow mounted to the side panel of that old Acer chassis.

Also please note that Acer is just the chassis. All components therein are not Acer related in any way.

Also also, that machine used to be my ISA2006 server. So technically it's getting an overhaul!

I was curious, so I thought I'd doublecheck, but alas I cannot rig the new radiators in the level 10 GT case natively. Guess I might ask a friend to bring some powertools to have that fixed...

It would be temporary anyway, given I'm moving over to a new case... whenever it decides to arrive. -_-

Copper is actually one of the lightest of all carbon-less metals, though it is substantially heavier then aluminium but not nearly as heavy as bronze or brass. But of course, bronze and brass are not really very good conductive metals as they are soft like aluminium.

It's quite interesting that the alloys are distinctly heavier than its origin.

That's a DVD drive. I take it out when I am done with setups on a server, as it doesn't need one afterwards.

    Ahh, I see

On another note, I sat for about 2 hours last night looking around websites for parts for my upcoming HTPC, only to find out when I've gotten to bed it's got no use at all in Greenland (4mbits/1mbit HerpDerp), my dreams of streaming movies & such from a HTPC were crushed

Dammit. I've discovered that the case's framework is too much for the drill I got to borrow. Hardly put a dent in it.

Not exactly a new rig, but with christmas and new year's eve behind me i went on a shopping spree for the past month and bought a bunch of goodies :-)

    Computer speccs:
    -Intel core I7 950
    -8gb Corsair Dominator ram
    -Ati HD 6950 2gb
    -OCZ Vertex 120gb SSD
    -Samsung Spinpoint 1tb
    -Gigabyte GA-X58A-UD7
-Coolermaster Silent pro gold 1000W PSU
-Scythe Mugen rev B cpu cooler
    -NZXT Phantom case

2x Samsung Syncmaster p2770 @ 1920*1080 ( the left one has a TV-Tuner and multiple connections the right one is just a standard PC screen)
Razer Megalodon headset for the pc
Tritton AX180 headset for the PS3
    Razer Blackwidow Ultimate edition
    Razer Naga epic mousse
Belkin Nostromo N52te gamepad (placed on a razer Vespula mousepad)
    Razer Goliathus XXXL control edition
    Altec Lansing speakers
    PS3

I really need a bigger desk, feel like its to small for all the stuff i want to have in reach.
As you can see i'm quite the razer fanboy, i know there's probably allot of hardware that performs just as well for less money, but i like the look of the razer products and none of the things i bought from razer have ever failed me so i'm sticking with it...

zachie, I'm glad I'm not the only one with two P2770s that aren't quite the same height...Mine aren't really level either. I can tell from your pic that one base stand is just slightly higher than the other. Mine are the exact same way. The monitors are quite nice though.
