Like tetrisGOAT said above, this is not a quick question/quick answer thread, nor is it a chat thread. If you want to discuss the pros and cons of SSDs and dual monitors, make a new thread.

    Eh no.

And yes my room is insanely small. Should move some things around.

EDIT: Okay sorry, but I make too many threads already.

I've seen worse. Anyway, here's the pump top and res that arrived yesterday. Or rather, a teaser shot.

Heh. Thanks. And I gotta hand it to Corsair... their new fans look sexy, especially with the right lighting and angle. '-'
Although the rad looks so dusty under the camera. Wtf lol. Can't see remotely the sort of dust or anything on the unit with the naked eye...

Those are the sp series eh? I got 13 of em sitting in my room ready to be installed on my rads haha. Deffinitely awesome fans!

With the trim rings i'd reccomend painting em a matte black or glossy black for a little subtle change in contrast if you're going for a blacked out look

Personally, for the particular system this one fan is going into, I'm thinking of not including the ring. I'm gonna have to find a good angle to really show you why though.

It looks dirty.. in a good way.

Probably some finger prints with small dust particles (is that a technical term?).

What I really like about not having a ring on the fan is the way the blades as a result are 'taller' than the fan. It honestly just looks cool...

Have you tested if it has any effect on the airflow? It is after all a static pressure concept which could mean the rings work like radiator shrouds.

Yeah that does look pretty cool i dont imagine it would hamper performance much, if at all.

The komplett computer costs $7000, although it comes with Quad SLI 690's, 3960x & 2x 240GB SSD's IIRC.

    The case alone costs ~$450-500

Overestimated the price, but I wouldn't recommend the case to anyone since it's mainly catered to people who want design over usefulness.
