Watching that trailer sure makes it feel like a total ripoff, surely the timing serves it right.

If you ask me it's just pathetic, instead of copying other developers idea's they could just as well have created a new 'discovered' world or whatever, but instead they also have some cataclysmic event.

I couldn't care less to be honest about that game but it's just a cheap shot to ride along with bigger companies, be freaking original for a change?!

The perception of who copies who is something that can be argued until we're nothing but dust in a shallow grave. That is to say, if you want to beat this dead horse, prepare to be at it for a while.

i could not agree more. its a shitty game copying and epic game. honestly? think about how many more players there are for WoW compared to maplestory... i havent heard of the game till now...

Maple Story is actually a pretty cool game, especially considering it's free.

How could you even possibly compare Maplestory to WoW? The fact that Maplestory is a free game gives it away that it's possibly a bad game. Not to mention the amount of hackers in that game and how "broken" every aspect of that game is.

Maple Story isn't a bad game, but you can be assured that the player base is mostly younger people. The mechanics and game-play are pretty good, though. It actually has 2D platforming elements at times, which I greatly appreciated when I gave the game a try.

WoW does not look like a cartoon. It's in no way cell shaded. It simply has the style of the Warcraft RTS games. Now if you claimed that Wind Waker looks like a cartoon I would fully agree and think of you as an intelligent being.
