Let me just quickly log into Cataclysm right now and check for you.
Anyway... Enh/Jc would be the best tbh.You can tell WoW changed the MMO for good when players started complaining about the amount of time they sink, into a time sink.

Why is it you thought the best professions for a goblin shaman would be any different of those for, let's say, a human mage?
Anyways, I would go for mining + engineering. Engineering is epic, and you sorta need mining to support it.
