Paradigm(US 130 HM Halion 25) seeking more for Cataclysm 25's

Paradigm is currently re-opening recruitment in preparation for the upcoming expansion. We are seeking players who are not only competent and competitive, but dependable above all else in the long term. We want people to augment our already stellar roster and continue our long standing position as the top progression guild on Echo isles. We are still raiding in a relaxed manner and have every intention of continuing until cata release.We intend to remain a 25 man raiding guild going forward into cataclysm.

A bit about us
Paradigm has been around for over 3years and owes its longevity to sound leadership and a stoic core of veteren raiders. We have always been at the forefront of raiding on echo isles. We have a strong desire for end game progression, however we are not afraid to have fun. The raid/vent atmosphere is quite relaxed and quite jovial, but we know when to buckle down. We intend to maintain our current structure as a 25 man raiding guild and aim to continue to uphold a high standard of end game raiding.

Our 25man progression is as follows.
-Ulduar 14/14 with all hm's done, including Yogg+0
-ToGC 5/5 with tribute to mad skill
-ICC 11/12HM
-HM halion 25 (US 130)

Server-Echo isles(US)
25 man raid times: 7 - 11pm server time (PST) Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
10man raids are largely optional and tend to transpire on non 25 man days at 7pm PST

Expectations
We place a great deal of emphasis on improvement in our raiding roster and in our raiders. The idea is that everyone can be better, and everyone should be better then previous weeks. If you simply do what you are told without any thought on your part: we don't want you. We use max consumables for all raid content and the ability to change to a viable offspec if content requires is highly regarded. You need to get everything you can out of your character without being directed to do so. The ability to be able to handle critisism is also important. Everyone makes mistakes at some point and we expect people to be able to rectify any issues in a hasty manner. We have a minimum attendence requirement of 75% if someone is to maintain raider status. If you think you are able to adhere to these principles we encourage you to apply.

Tank-low priority, exceptional applicants

Healers- Exceptional applicants

Melee-Frost/Unholy deathknight, arms/fury warrior.

Ranged- Balance druid, Elemental shaman, Hunter, Shadow priest.

If you are not one of the above classes please do not hesitate to apply. We are more then willing to accomodate exceptional applicants and if you feel you can outperform a raider here we encourage you to apply.

All applicants are expected to provide relevant WoL/WWS logs with their application. Failure to do so will greatly diminish your odds at attaining a trial.
