I am trying to get loremaster and am stuck on this achivment. I am currently at 86/90

I have quested in the following area's (and done all of the quests in each of them).
- Thrallmar
- Reaver's Fall
- Mag'Har Post (Although a few of the quests have become unavalible since patch 4.03a)
- Ruins of Sha'Narr
- Falcon Watch
- Spinebreaker Post
- Zeplin Crash Site
- Cenarion Outpost
- Thrallmar Mine

I have also done the following drop quests and their follow up chains
(Item That Starts The Chain | First Quest In Chain)

- A Mysterious Tome | Decipher the Tome
- Burning Legion Missive | Vile Plans
- Avruu's Orb | Avruu's Orb
- Crimson Crystal Shard | Crimson Crystal Clue
- Eroded Leather Case | Missing Massive
