Spec swap come Cata, need some help

Hello, i'm currently playing a resto druid and i am going to switch to feral tank come Cata.

Now i would like to ask some of you where and/or how i can get some easy accesible items to start the leveling process as tank.
Does anyone have a simple gear list?

did you check the bear guide sticky on top top of this forum ? i think it has a list of starter items. else look in the cat guide sticky as cat and bear gear are verry close together and i know the cat guide has a gear list
