►►Guild Raid Times:

Monday through Thursday: 12:30am till 3:30am EST (Monday through Thursday: 9:30pm till 11:30pm PST)
Invites start at 12:00am EST (9:00pm PST)! You are expected to be on time and prepared for the raid that night.
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights are OFF nights!
Members are expected to maintain a minimum attendance of 80%!

►►Guild Environment:

<Sparda> has been raiding since May of 2006! We are a professional, late night, raiding guild primarily composed of mature oriented players, who enjoy taking down end-game bosses and being on the top tier of progression on the Gilneas server. We hold our players to above average standards. We want our players to push themselves to become the best they can, meaning you know and understand your class and spec and you research. We want them to understand and accept criticism to acknowledge that it is more towards their benefit and to help progress as a guild. We do expect those who wish to join our ranks, to act responsible, mature and treat others with respect. We have a relaxed atmosphere, where we do like to laugh, joke and have fun, while staying serious at times when it is necessary. We do understand and appreciate the RL aspect, but when it's time to focus, there can't be excuses!

►►Guild Expectations:

Previous raid experience, fully understanding and knowing your class and it's mechanics, having gear that is at least T10/Equivalent or better as well as having said gear properly enchanted/gemmed with top quality enchants/gems. Take pride in your character!
If you are unsure of anything at anytime, never hesitate to ask a question, communicate with us and we will communicate with you!
We also expect all players to come to raids fully prepared with enough food, pots, flasks, weapon buffs and reagents to sustain the entire raid night.
