Hellos guys and girls

I am looking for an add-on i used to use a while ago, it stops all the loading spam from add-ons when you first log onto a character... can anyone tell me what it is or if there are suitable suggestions?

Even though it says this addon hasn't been updated in four years, I've been using it probably since then and it still works great, no errors. So don't let the date scare you.
