Not that bad, considering it also taught me near perfect English, pointed me towards an awesome woman whom I've been married to for now almost 5 years, and entertained me a whole freaking lot.

I regret nothing. I'm actually genuinely excited for Cataclysm.

P.S. That is only the money I spent on my account. Since July 2006 I've been paying for my wife's account as well, and she took the same breaks I took.

For me the numbers need to be divided by total play time to get an idea of how the money was spent. I would guess that the cost per hour of entertainment is still very low.

Been playing steady since release, a few 6 month playtime, but mostly it's been 3 months payment method I've chosen to pay with + I've got Vanilla/TBC/Woltk. I've paid for 2 faction changes, and 4 or 5 server switches + that stupid mount + a Blizz Authenticator Key.
