Yes, for the love of god, yes. You can buy a race change RIGHT NOW and just hold onto it. As soon as cata goes live you can race change.
Valid Source: the 30000 blue posts that have been on the front page for the last like week and a half, and the ones in all the threads you can find with the search function.
