Coming back for Cata - Good High Pop Server?

So ive been playing since vanilla and I started playing on Illidan realm with a few of my friends. We all chose alliance and for the past years I have been. Well recently I quit and luckily got an invite into the Beta for cataclysm and since I loved it so much I'm coming back. But im ditching my Alliance characters because I want to play out the Horde side and also want to reroll onto a new high pop server. Basically i'm starting fresh and want to know what is a good high pop server I could enjoy endgame as much as I did on Illidan for the Horde side.

And no I do not want to go back to Illidan.

You forgot to mention wether it's EU or US.

either way you have a decision to make if you want a high population server that normally will have a decent population, but in the few weeks after cata will have a queue, or a med realm that will never have a queue.
