I'd change water breathing for slow fall any day >.> I don't think I've used water breathing in the last few years, ever since they changed breath to last for ages...

slow fall? nah! we should be gently embraced by the earth, im mean a giant hand that reaches out to catch us and smite our enemys!
but if we get a slow fall thing via wind helping us we could get a high jump for the sam reason hehe... and a flight form...

YOU YOUNG MAN! YES YOU! Delete your post!!! (^^) Cause maybe someone from blizzard reads this stuff and they give us slow fall and take away 2-3 dps abilities from enh. tree. Don't give them ideas mate, please!

I've always felt ghost wolf ought to be more ghostie, normally ghost walk on water while the wolf cant. Ghost shouldnt take as much fall dmg either ;<

Also, where's the group underwater breathing and water walking buff? Is it coming?

yeah, and since shamans are the masters of the elements, they cannot be damaged by frost, water and earth spells nor by steel since that kind of stuff is made of earth too?

    Because Gameplay > Lore?

A'la Chaos Theory, One minor shift in a spell for shamans could cause THE END OF THE WORLD. (of warcraft)

just like pally and priests shouldn't take holy damage? spriests shadow? mages fire\frost\arcane? druids nature? yeah because controlling something means it can't hurt you. IE real life humans control fire, and no one gets burned..ever...like seriously ever...

It's highly illogical and incoherent. A curse is a reverse blessing, it goes in the divine/demonic scheme of things. A disease is a natural affliction. One should assume that a paladin, who calls upon the spiritual/divine power through his faith in the Light, would be able to break a curse. And someone who is so deeply in touch with nature itself, like the druid, would be the guy to go to if you've been struck by disease. Yet it's the other way round.
Let me answer your "legit" question, with my legit question. Who gives a ____, pally forums -> that way.

also, I def agree with the blue heals + slow fall+ control the elemental instead of bind it.

In the new Tauren quests you get turned into a spirit hawk and sent down too the next village. Wouldnt that be nice to gain another form? Wolf was nice but then druids cat form and their cheetah form got their levels brought down nearly mooting the point of Ghost Wolf. It is nice to be able to transform inside though

I also Agree that we should have a slow fall/hover similar to the npc shaman orc in Durotar...

I want a class flying mount. The spirit of the winds carrying you all over the place. There's a new quest in Durotar where you're supposed to escort this old Orc woman, and she calls upon the spirits of air to transport her over the water.

    Oh the dreams...

    It would be something like:

    Windbender(owyes)
    1,5s Cast
You focus on the air and winds for a short time, attuning yourself to match the force of gravity with the help of the Spirits of Air. This will allow you to fly at your highest riding skill level.

Each Element should give the shaman a certain spell.

1.. Water - Either water breathing or Water Walking
2.. Earth - Something like stone skin that druids have
3.. Wind - Slow falling (rescued by the wind), or something like a sprint (Aided by a gust of wind)
4.. Fire - Fire Barrier that makes the shaman immune from ranged attack for 15 secs (fire burns melee attackers causing a fire damage over time debuff)

I am pretty sure it was a mistake!
Well they have taken stuff from enh. shaman but this will go offtopic and my comment was a joke

Anyways, it would be cool to have a certain *cool* spell from every element but...oh well...uhm...uhm the elements imbue our weapons! Aye here you go!

Since a disease is a natural affliction, a druid curing it would be going against the natural order of things, don't you think?Meanwhile a curse is highly unnatural.Makes sense a druid can remove it.As for paladins, they are typically resistant to disease (ever since the prototype paladin characters in d&d) but can be cursed just like any other schmuck (curses are typically portrayed as extremely hard to get rid of afflictions) so it makes perfect sense in a way.

i just don't understand WHY druid (nature controlers) have Cyclone (elemental source) and shamans have Hex (animal o.O ?)

About the slow fall: i guess with Water breathing and water walking, this will get too much (blizz eyes) have also slowfall.

but i agree is an elemental item.

Maybe one totem with group slowfall, and if you pass the range you start falling fast =X
