goblins and worgans already alivable?

i was in a bg yesterday and saw a goblin or 2 as well as a orc on a trike but i havnt seen any worgen. so im a bit confused how are people able to play them when cata hasnt been realesed yet??

You can't play a goblin but you can raise the rep for them and get the trike.

it's from an item called: faded wizard head you have a change to get goblin or any other race when you use it (30min cd, buff lasts 30min, dissapears with dead)

trike is avaible when exalted with blidgewater cartel wich you can bu the tabard off at orgri fp.
