Realm first TITLES?

Are there still titles for Realm first proffesions like Realm First! Illustrious Cooking or Realm First! Illustrious First aid? Like do u get a Title if u do them?
:P Just wanna to know if i shall try wether or not.

I was under the impression that realm first titles was solely the domain of raiding.

They removed the titles for Realm First prof/class/race and stuff before Wrath of the Lich King came out and since Icecrown Citadel came they won't release anymore titles at all from Realm Firsts
