Hey i see alot of People are Stocking up on Daily's To hand in come cata. Was Wondering will Normal Nothrend quests work the same way?? as Alot of Quests i can get in Nothrend offer 2-15k More exp per hand in then a daily. Will they give me Experience once 80-85 is open? or will they just award gold?

If you've got a truckload of Icecrown quests you haven't done, those would work too, technically. Most folks just think of Dailies because they've already finished all the other quests.
