    Wolf of Wall Street: 4/10

The plot had a beginning and ending, but there were about 2 hours in between where nothing important really happens. It's too long and could pass as a softcore porno.

    The Departed: 7/10
I liked the story and the acting was great but there were times where it felt like a meathead movie.

    Divergent: 6/10

I love the book, but the movie lacked a bit. To shorten things, they tried to merge multiple chapters into single scenes, creating plot holes and unexplained things. Tris is supposed to be 16, which Shailene was passably able to look, but Four was supposed to be 18 and he looks much older which gives the entire romantic part of the movie a creepy feel honestly. They also dragged out the ending more than it needed to be. Another nitpick would be that Michael, Peter, Edward, and Al were all played by very similar looking actors which made it hard to distinguish any of them, not to mention they got only a tiny fragment of the character development that they did in the book.

    Leon: the professional 9/10

A very good movie. The actor who played Leon did a very good job. The story was good enough for me to enjoy it, allthough i didn't really like the sad ending that much. Only reason why it isnt a 10/10, is because of the young Natalie Portman. God damn some scenes with her were annoying as balls.

Captain America: The Winter Solider - 10/10

Iron man 3: 8/10. Was a really good movie, just like the previous 2 in the series. I liked that you got to see a bit more of Tony Stark, I love how Robert Downey Jr. portrays him.

Captain America: The Winter Soldier - 9,5/10: Now this movie actually surprised me a lot, I thought the first movie was on the verge of extremely cheesy, but this one just hit the perfect spot, felt more like an action thriller than the typical blockbuster action movie I felt The Avengers was. Best superhero movie in a long time.

    Lone Survivor (2013): 7.5/10

Awesome Afghanistan-related war movie that seems too awesome to be a true story, when in fact it (almost) is. If you loved Band of Brothers, you will surely dig this.

American Hustle 8/10 Was pretty decent

    Incendies (2010): 9.5/10

One of the most captivating movies I've seen in the past years, if you like a good story, it is absolutely worth the watch.

The Secret Life of Walter Mitty (2013): 7/10

Very predictable but still very underappreciated feel good movie.

Captain America: The Winter Solider 8/10 (4 stars) Went in expecting nothing, was incredibly surprised from about minute 2 til the end. Well written, well shot, well done film. Probably the best entry in their layered film universe so far.
    BAD WOLF

Avengers Confidential: Black Widow & Punisher
    0/10
I watched this with my nephew this afternoon. The writing was awful. The animation was terrible (Black Widow looked like white Michael Jackson). The whole thing reminded me why I'm a DC fan. And my sister owes me SO HARD for making me suffer through this while babysitting, LOL.

    Winter Soldier 8/10

    Captain America Winter Soldier 7/10

Its generally a good movie, but, "Stark's magical chest implant" is starting to sound hacky when its used as an explanation for literally every piece of technology in the Marvel Universe. I thought the whole point was Iron Man was sort of unique and special due to how difficult it is to replicate that tech - obviously its not and it kind of ruins the mystique. And I thought the plot exposition was a little lame the nazi in the computer explaining the entire plot of the movie was straight out of a 1970s bond movie, i thought it was lazy. Also, for the tagline "Winter Soldier" the whole movie was much more about HYDRA than The Winter Solider, I was disappointed by that.

All that being said, the acting/action/general plot was all very solid and its a fun popcorn flick. On par with most MCU films but not as good as The Avengers or Iron Man 1 & 2.

    The Amazing Spider-Man 2 - 8/10

Spiderman (skrew that "-") is probably the best (in my opinion of course) superhero there is. I love the way he acts, I love the way he fights, I love how he has a normal life and has to juggle that with being Spiderman. These days, the other Marvel superheroes don't have secret identities, and they mostly use fists or hammers or guns or missiles. Spiderman can get pretty creative with his web. The movie captures the way Spiderman acts better than any of the four other movies, that is, his humor and the way he plays with his opponents. The movie is fairly fun because of that, and rather comic-bookish. The fights and effects are also amazing and spectacular. We've come a long way since Spider-man back in 2002.

That said, this movie has some, well, debatable issues. Mainly, it has a lot of things going on at the same, many plot threads and so on, making the movie complicated and cluttered. It clearly sets up for the rest of the franchise, both The Amazing Spider-Man 3+4 and the planned Sinister Six movie, but it seems somewhat disconnected with the first movie too. If you isolate each scene, they're pretty amazing, but together, it becomes a web. Although I think they were aware of that, because even Peter kind-of comments on it midway into the movie.

Let's talk villains. The marketing would have you believe there's three, but really, there's only two. Electro is the main villain, and I thought he was kind of... adorable? At least for the first half he is. He had some weird electronic music thing going on which kind of threw me off, but then again, I don't really like that kind of music. Harry Osborn / Green Goblin is the other villain, and Harry's got some pretty cool scenes, but his main role seemed to be setting up the Sinister Six. The expectation of Rhino made me think that the climax wasn't actually the climax, so that was awkward. And now that we're on the subject of misleading marketing, there's some lines and scenes in the trailer that isn't in the movie. I don't know if they were cut or something.

I also had an issue with the fact that Spiderman was too strong. Electro was the main villain, yet Spiderman seemed more or less immune to his lightning, which gave off the vibe that he was (nearly) invincible. Acting was good however, and the relationship between Peter and Gwen was good too.

Overall, I thought it was great, as I started out by saying, I love Spiderman, and The Amazing Spider-Man series has shown that it can do him spectacularly, and I like it's style more than that of the first Spider-Man series.

FINALLY somebody else who is not praising this film. I liked the initial idea of the 'sect' kind of business but there was just too much of everything, especially porn. Glad I didn't give a cent to the creators to see it.

Well as far as I know they're a couple in real life, so not hard to act I imagine :P

It might be easier to act the love, but the relationship is still, well, complicated.
