There's a Blizzard developer named Kyle Radue, so it seems to be some sort of inside joke. There was a former Blizzard producer named Chris Millar, but the spelling is slightly different on that one, so it might be something else.

spotted them a few days ago and i was like wtf?
told my two friends on vent about them, both mounted up and riding to the spot where i was.. and then, yes. three clueless characters surrounded those npcs lol. after a few minutes we startet to yell "throw him in the water", which eventually lead to that some other random people joined us and yelled too. was funny.. but yeah, still no clue if there's a refference behind them :|››yeah, here used to be a signature once. I've must lost it somewhere in the twisting nether... still waiting for the mail from the postmaster.

I heard they are references to two warcraft developers, i read this in other forum, but i cant find who they are. Chris Metzen? i doubt it.
