Not a big fan of female trolls (and they dont blink!) they dont do that badass crouch that the male trolls do

Elunea is not really creative... and probably taken anyway. Devoura fits both your suggested races. Personly, i don't like fem trolls that much. Males are way more awesome.

...i would roll a Gnome tbh. Whats scarier then an army of shadow gnomes, slowly heading at their enemy?

Female UD priest is sooooooo awesome! I have one myself.
Shadowform looks great on Undead, and i think the casting animations are nicer. (mine is holy, tho)

But if you like both races and they are equally cool to you, maybe you could choose based on racials.

This. Elune is the Night Elf Godess, Elunea is way too close for it to sound good / not like a copy name.

As for the race, pick Undead. Goes better with that name and you'll have more selection to go with in the face department. Also, cast animations are really good.

Edit: There are 96 people named Elunea. There are 30 people named Devoura. Might want to think of something a bit more original.

If you want "coolest" both Undead and Troll are "cool" races, but if you look into what is best my choice would be troll because of racials for casters.

Go for undead , gear looks great on them , good casting animations, nice overal looks (compared to trolls)
