what race were you before?tauren? cause that's a miiiightyyy big weapon u got there.
And yeah most likely a visual bug. Try submitting a ticket maybe it's something they need to hotfix^^

i went from female orc to female undead.
at my orc everything was okay but now its uber big.
And the weapon is normal size i think o.o
From the side it looks like this:
i just posted it because it looked funny.

Weapon has the correct size(scale) for undead.
About size for undead pets
