Depends on the country TBH.
I know in Canada Future Shop is only selling them for $39.99 instead of $49.99, they are also giving away free Jinx T-Shirts to the first 20 people that buy the game.

Dunno if you have a Future Shop in the USA but it might be worth a look.

I just pre-ordered it from Gamestop. Though I pre-ordered Gran Turismo 5 for $47 from Newegg a while back. I'd watch their website.
