Question about Race-changing

Hi there! We all know that race-changes into worgen and goblin will be avaibale right off the bat (possibly with a bit of wating time) , but i was wondering - does a race change include sex change aswell? As in, will i be able to race change my female nelf to a male worgen ? Or would i have to pay for a character re-customazation in addition to the race change?
Please help this poor lost druid!

Yes. You can change the sex of your character with a race change.
