First of all, your shaman's shoulders are a bit scary. Seriously oh my god that challenge mode gear is awesome.
Moving on, you have some RNG depending scenario achievements left: Monkey see, Monkey Kill is the first one. In the eye of the tiger is the second. Should go pretty fast if you do them a couple of times

Gonna give you two, since one of them is sooo close to completion:

Rep with Hydrexian Waterlords - you're missing a 430 rep. That's barely one run through MC which you can easily solo.
Rep with Brood of Nozdormu - this will take a little bit longer, but you are still already revered. Only missing 19241 rep which isn't hard to get when you can solo AQ40 - and remember the drops from bosses, which gives 500 rep each when turned in to the NPC at the start of AQ.

Hvid, go get Exalted with Timbermaw Hold. It takes all of 3 hours to grind that one out now.
