My top 5 new "old world" zones (epic):
1. Silverpine - Great story. A lot of cutscenes and awesomeness.
2. Stonetalon - Great story here too.
3. Hillsbrad Foothills - Epic quests, lots of entertainment. (Twinkle NOOOOO!)
4. WPL - Caravan made it really engaging, pushing the story to a whole new level.
5. EPL - Seeing the progress here and in WPL made Northrend feel worthwhile. Andorhal's conclusion was really good.

My bottom five (yuck):
1. Northern Barrens - Always hated this place. Couldn't wait to be done.
2. Arathi Highlands - Terrible and unexciting. After Silverpine and Hillsbrad, I was expecting epic.
3. Hinterlands - Always hated it here too. Jintha'alor was frustrating, slow respawns, much gnashing of teeth.
4. Un'goro - Just really boring, with only two high points. (being a squire and the end quest)
5. Northern Stranglethorn - Never cared for this zone either, and the hatchling story felt unresolved. They also should have done a lot more with ZG.

Glad to finally finish them all, and I have to say the experience has improved since Vanilla by 100%. I'd really like to see Westfall, if I can find time to level an Alliance before Cata. What are some of your favorite new zones?
