    Blizzard Entertainment was founded in February, 1991 as Silicon & Synapse by Michael Morhaime, Allen Adham and Frank Pearce. Vivendi has 54% of the stock share holder, doesn't mean they own blizzard? LOL. In this case, I guess Micheal Jackson owns Sony and I own you

    Technically, if you own over 50% of a company you control the company. So yes, 54% would make Vivendi the owners.

    Crytek are based in Germany. GoldenEye was made in England. Worms is made in the UK. Lionhead (fable and black&white) are UK.

    The main GTA games have nearly always been done by Rockstar North which is the Scotland based one.

    No, it's made here in Edinburgh by Rockstar North.

    I don't like it much myself, personally. Most of the games I like most do indeed come from the States.

    But not all - I like the German "Settlers" series, for example.
