It's not really necessary. In Hyjal there's a goblin who will send you straight to BRC and you can teleport from BRC back to Hyjal after doing that.

You used to go througha passage in wetlands, doubt it is still there. Just be in IF when cata comes, buy azeroth flying, 30sec flight to BRC from if. EASY
