Regarding Servers on release night

Hey guys, sorry if this has been answered, but I cant seem to find it anywhere. Has blizzard announced when they are bringing down the servers, before they put them up again at 12:01pst?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

There is no (planned) maintenance this week; servers will stay up all week barring emergencies; the game will just switch to Cataclysm at 12:01 AM Pacific Time without the servers coming down.

No, they do not. They can simply activate the new features, just like holiday events.

I think you will just be able to get the quest or either relog and get it. Theres no 'SERVERS DOWN IN 15 MINS' afaik

The quests should just appear automatically.
