I'm looking to give a guide to my guildies on how to do in-depth analysis of our raids using WoL's. I know it's self-explanatory for most, but could anyone help me with a guide here?

I'm thinking of looking at the obvious (Damage Done, Healing Done, Damage Taken), but also efficient use of CD's, damage done on adds, amount of time spent in the fire, potion use, etc. Any advice on the best way to deal with this?
also the sub tabs are important
"damage taken by spell" click on the avoidable aoe, and see who wins the internets.
Still I cry, tears like pouring rain, Innocent is my lurid pain.
Anything a little more indepth would be appreciated. Maybe it's just so intuitive that I shouldn't bother.
You should really just check if people were hitting the wrong target, not using C/d's to survive or maximise DPS/Healing, see if people don't get any direct heals in <x> Hits/seconds
Check performance HPS/DPS, survivability and so on ^^
