So I'm trying to figure out where to start levelling tomorrow. Part of the equation is what factions I'll gain rep with in the zones. It seems it's Guardians of Hyjal in Mt. Hyjal. How about in the underwater Vashj'ir zones? I saw some Bilgewater Cartel quests, but that's about all I could find.
