Hyjal vs Vashj'ir

Is Hyjal faster than Vashj'ir for leveling since you can´t use your 280%/310% flying mount underwater?

I know that at some point in Vashj'ir you get the Sea Horse, but I'm not sure how long it takes to get it. I'm not going for server first or anything like that, but I want to get to level to 85 asap.

people who want to reach realm 1st wont prolly level there and will do 80-83 dungeons and 83-85 Uldum

i prefer vashijir as it seems more new than just merely questing in hyjal like any normal zone, but hyjal have some more lore depth than vashijir considering ragnaros and the atempts to face him in the end of hyjal quests

and you get your sea horse just after like 10 quests as far as i can remember... it was fast just as fast as u finish the quests in the shipwreck saving ur comrades and advancing forward
