<Flagship> is a newly formed guild on Kil'jaeden (US) (PvP) and is welcoming players to fill out our ranks for 10-man raiding in Cataclysm.

Our goal is simple -- Completion of all of the raiding achievements in Cataclysm on a schedule of no more than 9 hours a week. We think that raiding difficult content shouldn't feel like a second job. Thus, we have made it a point to eliminate the 16-20 hour/week schedules that tend to define most top-tier raiding guilds. Don't take our light schedule as an indicator that we take raiding lightly, though. Our raids are focused and efficient. We accept that we might not get realm firsts, but we also don't view raiding as a race.

About Us:
Our founding core, collectively, has raided every encounter in Wrath up to 11/12 HM ICC, and we fully intend to complete each tier of raiding as it is released in Cataclysm. Our interests are widely varied, and our members enjoy every aspect of the game (though raiding is obviously the focus). We have raiders, pet collectors, and PvPers within our ranks, so no matter what you enjoy doing, chances are you'll find a member to do it with you.

What we need:
Right now, we need to pad our ranks. We plan to have a raiding roster of 11-12 solid players who can commit to 100% attendance. A good fit for us would be someone who is motivated along the same lines we are. We raid because we enjoy it. If you are only interested in the cosmetic rewards of raiding, then you may want to look elsewhere. We are small and close-knit but down-to-earth and easy to get along with. If you've ever wanted to get in on the ground floor of a new guild and shape its direction, now is your chance.

When we plan to raid:
Obviously, right now there is no raiding, but the mad dash to level 85 is on. We plan to be raid-ready by mid-January (though we will happily start before then if we have enough prepared members). Raid nights are Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday, from 6-9pm PST. We stick to this schedule; if you cannot commit to it, then you should not apply. We will never extend a raid past 9pm, even when pushing progression. We respect the real lives of our members, who have jobs, families, or other commitments.
