For me TukUI, an addon package does it for most parts. Adding in MSBT for better scrolling combat texts.

Am using Elv´s edit tho a questing addon would not hurt =)

I have carbonite but I don't use it for quests. I just like the go-to feature and the tracking arrow it adds on the map.

In all seriousness though, I don't intend to go for server first, so I'll just use all of the excessive addons I use normally. Also, my computer can handle all of this plus everyone on the server being crammed into one zone too.

Atlas Loot, just for something to do in flight.
Recount, just for fun really.
RatingBuster, helps a lot when comparing gear.
Mik Combat Text, because it is awesome!
