Cataclysm Dungeon Que's?

Once cata hits will there be an option to open up the Dungeon Finder and que for lets say BlackRock Caverns, or do i have to walk over to Blackrock Mountains and discover the zone first?

Yeah you'll have to discover said instances portal before you can que for it! Just tried it after FINALLY getting in.

Game is unplayable right now tho, since you can't even target questgivers cause there is 600 people standing on em with their flyingmounts..

Yes, entering from the searing gorge go to the left all teh way to blackrock spire summoning stone, take a left, another left, and a right, and you can't miss it.
