I just found out that my account had gotten banned, because it had been taking part in illegal actions for a long time...
And I just thought on coming back after a 6 months break.. FUN stuff to come back to -.-
The fuckers have prolly deleted all my gold all my gear all my alts and everything... just hope i can get it back, i just wont start a new account ever again. leveling and geting back every class to near max lvl and loads of gold and achivements, cant be arsed to redo that omfg...
And then they request of me my secret question!? well what the fuck! GIVE ME THE FUCKING CATEGORY so i atleast know what to fucking answere... -.-
And my CD-KEY!? well what the fuck! i have several boxes from when i did refer a friend several times. just hope i picked the right one.
Is there anything else i can do to solve this? call them? would it help more? as i only did a ticket. and no im not in a hurry at all, dont enjoy first releas days of a expansion anyway with all the lag lag lag and all the gank gank gank.
God even coming back is depressing -.- cant get my mind around on how they got my account. i havent been using it since late june early july.

Call Blizzard and keep your cool. You probably got hacked and they used your account for botting.
Blizzard will give you your account back just keep your cool and keep calling them. You will need one CD-Key that is registered to your Battle.Net account. It can be WoW's or even a Starcraft one.

Yea, same thing happened to me a few days ago. 6-month hiatus only to come back to a hacked and locked account.
When I got a response, they sent me a form that you have to fill out and mail to them with a picture of yourself and ID as proof that you're the true owner. I figured it was a scammer so I trashed the email.
Ah well. Account's registered under my brother anyway so I can't claim it regardless.
*waves goodbye to everything on account that can no longer be obtained* There goes my Baby Blizzard Bear and Onyxian Whelpling. At least my other 106 little pets can be gotten again.

gold farmers wait til your account is out of action to hack it. They had your info for months but if you hack an account that's in constant use, the person will just get it back so the farmers get no where.

This happened to me in june. Most of my gear was gone from my 80's. My actionbar consisted of and epic ground and flying mount, and 30 STACKS of saronite ore in my bags. All my gold/emblems were gone too. It took about a week, but blizz restored it fully. Even items I forgot I had in my bags were returned. So just send a ticket and everything will be fine.

Your best option is to deal with Blizzard, they will be the ones most likely to be able to help you.
