I noticed in the Breaking News popup at the login screen that free character migrations from Kazzak were now available, among others.

I was wondering where we'll be able to transfer to from here and for how long will this 'offer' stand? Can't check it for myself, because Battle.net is down, so relying on your knowledge! :P
