As an English speaker on an EU realm it would be nice to be dealt with by support staff who speak the language.
Yes they claim to speak English but some of them must have lied on their CV, or got a job because they have a relative on the staff.
Some of the emails I have received look like babel fish translations.

Also merging the forums would address the feeling that we EU customers are second class subscribers.

Plus think of the money it would save.

I doubt we would notice any reduction in quality of support.
