Higher level enchanting recipes

I'm probably just being bad, but I can't seem to find higher level enchanting recipes (Torrent Power, etc), because after 510 there are no recipes in the enchanting trainer.

Where are them? :<

Edit: nevermind, I found it. Twilights Highland: Draenei female called Senthii.
