Anyone knows whats the best enchant for us now? The one that does nature damage?

The mastery does affect the proc, as does anything else which boosts nature damage (such as Elemental Precision if you get it). It can crit, at 150% of normal damage, based upon spell crit chance. This crit can proc Elemental Devastation.

Avalanche (nature damage) has a proc rate of 5ppm, so with an average un-modified damage (which is, of course, not going to be the case with any mastery) of 500, it will do an average of 500 * 5 / 60 = 41.67dps, disregarding any crits.

Landslide (1000 ap) has a proc rate of 1ppm, and a duration of 12 seconds. So it will proc once per minute, and stay up for 1/5 of a minute, so you will have an average of 1000 / 12 * 1 = 200ap over the course of a fight. This transfers into 14.29 extra dps on white swings and Stormstrike, plus buffing all your other abilities with AP plus 50% SP. I am unsure how this will affect your overall DPS, but they are likely comparable.

Best way to tell, of course, would be to sit at a dummy and go to town.
