I personally enjoyed climbing the tree to save the baby bears in Hyjal...

The jousting quest in hyjal was the funnest and hardest quest so far (im just starting uldum)

The baby bear quest is the only quest that made me laugh until I almost died of suffocation. I picked up a baby bear, climbed to the top and pressed the throw key not knowing I actually had to aim. This and me having a long day at work made me think about that poor baby bear I probably threw out of hyjal. And the best part was that I was questing with a friend and he was in the other tree and said something like "did you see that fat brown bird that just flew by?"
