I'm makeing this post since the new "item level" system confuses me. I do not know how it works at the moment, and I can't figure it neither find any posts on any forum at all.

I would like to hear if anyone can explain me who it works in details.
Does it count all your gear into the average? I'm thinking about however it is in the bank or bags, also is it considering BoE and BoP?
Does the BoP count if u haven't equipped it yet?
Are the "item level" able to fall from the current value?

If anyone have made such an post or if someone have explained it allready, I would like if someone linked it inhere <3

It is an "average" item level of all the gear in your bags, sadly all you have to do is make / buy some of the new crafted PvP gear place them in your bags and boom unlocked heroics. However this will only hurt you as you are still not geared to be there and will lack DPS/Heals/Tanking Stats...

Everything from greens to epics in your bags count towards your ilvl, if you sell the random shite you pick up through questing, you lose your ilvl.
