Max of 3 fragments per dig and it seems that no one knows what the tenth symbol represents. One can only assume it is something that hasn't yet been introduced to the game. Kinda sad that the new high level zones only have Tol'vir artifacts to piece together. Might be nice to have a second race in a future patch, with more cool items to aim for.

That looks like it's just an end stamp to me, like you'll see at the end of magazine articles. I'm guessing it's there for aesthetic purposes.

Looks like a generic icon to me, just representing archeology.
That icon is just a likely placeholder should another be introduced.
